Synopsis
This issue begins with the Police pulling Cap's costume from the water, along with a mask of Steve Rogers face!! A call is placed to Iron Man and he is asked to make final arrangements for Captain America...who is presumed dead! As he goes to close Cap's Avengers file, Iron Man reviews some of Cap's past battles. He also reminisces about how Cap came to end up frozen in the Antarctic. This is where the Sub-Mariner shows up as the reminiscing continues. Times are remembered involving Nick Fury, Sharon Carter(Agent 13), and his most recent battles. As we close this issue, we see Iron Man finishing the closing out of Cap's file. He vows that the Avenger WILL be avenged!!
