Synopsis
The story centers on Namor's rage against the surface dwellers on how their explosives destroyed Atlantis. During one of Namor's retreats from battle he realizes that the only way to truly strike fear onto the hearts of the surface dwellers is to capture President Roosevelt.Namor then strikes during a ceremony dedicated to Captain America's valiant heroics. Namor's successful kidnapping of the president ends in a battle after a much long chase between namor himself and captain America.
