Synopsis

FINAL REPORT Antonia Tiglon was sick of being robbed by Catwoman. Special Agent Roark recommended they use the Bast Emerald as bait to lure her in. Tiglon announced on public news that her security was so tight, not even Catwoman could steal the Emerald.   FBI agents monitor Tiglon's property when Catwoman shows up. She infiltrates the air vents after disabling electrified defenses with water. Roark tells Tiglon that Selina knew the security plans before entering. Tiglon realizes Roark may have a connection with Selina. Tiglon tells Roark there are special traps around the Emerald. Selina throws down an object to knock out laser sensors around the Emerald. A large power surge occurs and Tiglon believes she's fried the Catwoman. Tiglon opens the doors to the Emerald and the Catwoman is no where to be found.   While Tiglon was distracted, Catwoman doubled-back to the room Roark was held in. Tiglon returns and stops Catwoman. The Feds stop monitoring and decide to move in. An agent warns Danner that Roark appears to have met Catwoman before in New Orleans and that he might double cross them. As Feds cut the power, they stop Tiglon. They realize Catwoman is gone, she saved Roark, and she had stolen the Bast Emerald.   Danner types up a retirement letter and says no one will catch her as she's more cunning than people realize.
