KNIGHTQUEST: THE CRUSADE, PART 2 - RUNAWAY Continued from Detective Comics #667 -- Wild, Wild East The incredible technology of Harold's subway rocket saves Batman from instant death in a seemingly inevitable collision with a night train. The next morning, Dan Doyle persuades the 'Trigger Twins' to take on a massive train robbery, and Robin receives a special driver's license due to his father's disability. He takes a back route into the Batcave in order to retrieve the Redbird, which will be his ride, but has an unpleasant confrontation with Jean-Paul, who makes it clear that this Batman has no need for a Robin. The confrontation soon escalates to a physical one, and Robin is at a serious disadvantage... Continues in Robin #1 -- Outcast
