Synopsis

THE OUTLAW BATMAN Batman finds himself accused of accumulating stolen loot from criminals he has captured, and appears to be unable to clear his name. Soon, Batman stands trial and every time he tries to prove his innocence, there is evidence pointing towards him. As a last resort, Batman removes his mask and reveals his face as that of Burt Wever, a rogue reporter who has showed special interest in Batman's case. Bruce, disguised as Wever tries to escape from the courtroom just as the real Wever enters courthouse. The police capture Wever, who confesses having framed Batman in order to expand his crime empire. Ironically, Wever is only captured after Batman framed him. ROY RAYMOND’S GREATEST CHALLENGE THE HERO MAKER It's the last day for Officer Pat Brady after 40 years on the force, and John Jones decides to try to help grant his wish of being a hero for one time in his life.
