Synopsis

THE BIZARRE BATMAN-GENIE Batman is converted by a magic powder into a genie that obeys a crooks' commands, leaving Robin and Bat-Girl to find a way of stopping him. Robin manages to hide in the criminal's vehicle with Bat-Girl's help and he takes away the magic lamp from the crooks. Robin then proceeds to use the lamp's final wish releasing Batman so they can capture the criminals and recover the magic lamp from their possession. THE MAN WHO DESTROYED J’ONN J’ONZZ Prof. Arnold Hugo, an old foe of the Batman's, has escaped from prison in Gotham City and come with his gang to Middletown, where he is working on a machine that can duplicate J'onn J'onzz's powers and transfer them to Hugo's body. After a series of encounters, J'onn J'onzz and Zook are captured by Hugo, and the scientist uses his machine to provide the first treatment of many to give himself Martian powers. But J'onzz breaks free of his captivity and destroys the machine, though Hugo still retains his powers. Both Hugo and J'onzz battle each other to a standstill, until J'onzz breaks off the fight to allow Zook to glow red-hot and start a fire. Since Hugo has absorbed J'onn J'onzz's fire-weakness along with his powers, he is rendered unconscious. Zook puts out the fire, and he and J'onzz turn the captive Hugo over to Batman in Gotham City.
