After being rushed to the hospital, Doctor Strange struggles for survival on the operating table. His physical body is infected by a magical poison and his astral self borrows Sara Wolfe's body in order to assist the surgeon who is operating on him. Meanwhile, Wong and Topaz find themselves transported to Urthona's realm, and are easily captured.
