Cobra's plan to find the location of the secret G.I. Joe base by exposing them to the plague toxin is discovered. Hawk then puts together his own plan which he hopes will lead Cobra on a wild goose chase. Snake-Eyes and Kwinn track down Dr. Venom in his laboratory but things go terribly wrong.
