In a wickedly funny parody of both toy marketing and the trade of weapons of war,a GI Joe Advisory Team under the command of Hawk helps upgrade the defense of European democracy 'Volkekuckuckland' with surplus GI Joe equipment while Cobra and Destro's cousin Darklon attempt to unload,err,that is 'deliver the goods' to the same small nation by upgrading cheap Cobra weaponry with Dr. Mindbender's new 'Pythonizing Process' to render soldiers and equipment radar and infra-red invisible. Perhaps the most amusing single issue of GI Joe,#88 also introduces the still popular 'Python Patrol' toys to the storyline.
