Synopsis
After Snake-Eyes and Scarlett are captured by Cobra, they are taken to the seemingly normal small town of Springfield which is actually Cobra headquarters. In hopes of finding out the location of the secret G.I. Joe base, Snake-Eyes is put into Cobra's brainwave scanner by Dr. Venom. Features the first appearance of Billy and the first glimpse into Snake-Eyes' past.
