Synopsis

Two new Joes join the team. Snake-Eyes and Spirit are supposed to bring them on their first mission, but Snake-Eyes is distracted by a message from the Soft Master. Meanwhile, Ripcord ejects from a Sky-Striker above Cobra Island and proceeds on a mission of his own devising.
