Synopsis
"THE UNCANNY UNICORN" / "THE WATCHER'S SACRIFICE" The demands of being a superhero take their toll. A frustrated and exhausted Tony decides to give up on his life as Iron Man (and member of the Avengers), embracing the playboy lifestyle he'd known before his life-altering accident. But, when a new threat -- the Unicorn -- kidnaps Pepper and leaves Happy Hogan hospitalized, Tony must again don the armor.Iron Man almost loses his factory when the Unicorn places a bomb in it somewhere, and so is forced to agree to travel to Russia so that the Unicorn will deactivate the bomb. However, once on the plane, Iron Man smashes all the windows so that there's no air, but Unicorn escapes in the confusion. Also includes: "Tales of the Watcher: The Watcher's Sacrifice" by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, George Bell, and Art Simek.
