Synopsis

Left behind in Chicago during the Turtles' epic battle with an alien vampire, Raphael arrives back in New York with a killer hangover and thoughts of revenge against the Foot Clan. Instead, he discovers that Gang War has erupted and the Foot Clan is being wiped out by the Puzorelli Family, and it's all his fault! Only Raph stands between the Foot and extinction!
