After a Danger Room session where Angel realizes he is really out of form, and almost got Nightcrawler injuried, but Storm, Wolverine and Colossus help Nightcrawler and the tell Angel they'll all help him. Professor X and Kitty Pryde was watching and she is a little scared, and at the end she receives her codename, Sprite.Storm takes Kitty to a dance lesson with Stevie Hunter.Wolverine takes Nightcrawler and return to Canada to make peace with Alpha Flight and Department H. After meeting with Heather Hudson, the two X-Men learn that half of Alpha Flight is up north, dealing with some creature.
