Judd Winick is an American comic book, comic strip and television writer/artist and former reality television personality. Winick infamously brought back former Robin Jason Todd from the dead as the anti-villainous "Red Hood" in Batman: Under the Hood while also writing other runs such as The Outsiders and creation Hilo.
